The most effective way for concerned Kentuckians to make school choice a reality in our state is to petition our policymakers for a change. We must prove to our representatives that the demand for school choice is high and worthy of their action.

In recognition of this, the Kentucky Alliance has instituted a school-choice petition drive. We will present the signed petitions to elected officials as proof Kentucky parents want more and better education choices for their children.

As a result, this effort will make it impossible for policymakers to ignore the need that parents have for school choice. We hope legislative action will begin emerging as early as the 2006 session of the Kentucky General Assembly. Representatives will find it difficult to dismiss the unified voice of constituents.

Please sign the petition and show your support for school choice. Then, would you multiply your efforts by finding at least five other concerned Kentuckians who will also sign the petition? The success of this drive depends on the efforts of committed people like you!
